Royce Nelsestuen

M.Ed., Executive Director

Upon earning her Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Arizona, and her Master’s in Education Administration from Grand Canyon University, Royce spent 20 years as the Principal of Faith Community Academy in Tucson, Arizona. As a partner school with Branching Out, Royce had a front row seat to the growing mission of Branching Out. The faculty and staff of FCA benefited greatly from the coaching and training BOEC provided. Royce is married to Jason, who is a Pastor, and is the mother to four young men (they grow so quickly). Christian education has been a key element of her life and ministry, and she is passionate about educating others to be successful in the place God has called them. As the director of BOEC, Royce plans to share the wisdom of lessons learned in school administration and teacher development, and share with many other schools; leading, training, and coaching teachers and administrators to do great things.
